As a Certified Freddie Mac Credit Smart Counselor, I guide new buyers through the various stages of the homeownership process and I work with previous home owners who have lost their homes through foreclosure and short sales to improve their credit standing and prepare them to re-enter the home buyer market.
As a Workforce Housing Certified Specialist I am specially trained with expert knowledge to respond to customer inquiries on workforce on housing programs and the available financial resources to put affordable housing within reach for qualified buyers earning less than the area median income.
I continually update my real estate education through seminars, continuing education programs and networking with industry experts. I have attained a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative® allowing me access to the latest information and tools to provide a unique full service and personalized approach for buyers. In addition, As a GRI REALTOR® (Graduate Realtor Institute®) I have a commitment to provide the highest level of professional service to all my clients, having completed an extensive post-licensing curriculum that incorporates advanced knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.
Finally, I am part of the leadership of Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland – I am the Director of Productivity, managing training and mentoring for new and seasoned agents in the brokerage. I also service of the Board of Directors, also known as the Agent Leadership Council.
