Carmen was in constant contact with me. Going above and beyond to help me, as my husband has been in the hospital through a portion of my buying experience. She stayed behind my lenders when they weren't communicating their needs in a timely matter. I gave Carmen a price range I wanted to be in and she stayed very close to it. I was buying a house in the 2 - 250 range. I felt as special as a person buying in the 500 + range. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
