My boyfriend and I where in the market to purchase our first home when we came across Carmen based on her great reviews on Yelp. We reached and at she was very responsive (the first time and throughout the whole process!) We were in know rush but in purchasing so it took some shopping around. She provided excellent guidance with the homes that we saw and did her best to accommodate even when COVID-19 hit. She was super helpful and answered our million questions. I would highly recommend to anyone house hunting in the East Bay.
