Carmen is fantastic at what she does!! At a time I needed something done as quickly as possible Carmen stepped in and stepped up!! Because our house was in a niche community it was a little harder to sell and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted to help my Dad live worry free for the remainder of hopefully many years! We lowered the price twice but in the end we got above asking right around our original asking price.
