Carmen Fontecilla and her team are amazing, knowledgeable professionals and we highly recommend them! Carmen has shepherded us through three transactions in Bethesda and Rockville, and each time she has surpassed our expectations. Most recently, Carmen sold our house which went over asking and with no contingencies, plus free rentback while we coordinated our move. What more could a seller ask for? Not only is she savvy and experienced, she gets phenomenal results and she exudes warmth and care. She really listens and works with her clients as a team effort. She guided us through every step from preparation and staging of the house to after closing. Our first transaction with Carmen was with a Rockville condo in a building where many units were for sale and we despaired that ours could compete.
