Carmen Dyer is a fantastic realtor. It has been 15 years since we last purchased a home and things have definitely changed. We were not even sure we would be able to buy, however, Carmen helped direct us to a local loan company to review our circumstances and in the end he was able to help us qualify so that we may buy instead of rent. Once we knew we could buy a home, Carmen spent many hours and weekends showing us properties. We finally found the perfect place that met our needs and made an offer with Carmen’s input . Carmen “held our hand” through the whole process; she answered questions at any time of the day, walked us through all of the paperwork, did her due diligence to make sure the property we purchased was a wise investment and made sure that any issues with the house was taken care of prior to the papers being signed. If/when it is time for us to buy/sell in the future, the only realtor we will contact is Carmen. Any family or friends that are in the process of buying/selling, we will only refer them to Carmen. She is the best.
