Carmen was excellent to work with. She was always available when we wanted look at a house. She was very understanding of what we were looking for in a house and did a great job of finding lots of houses with those features. I would highly recommend her if you are interested in buying a house.

Carmen is the best realtor in Greenville, no question!! We had lots of timing challenges as we were moving from the west coast on short notice and Carmen was extremely easy going and able to accommodate changes in our travel, etc. She spent a 2 full days with my wife and me & helped us find the perfect home for us. She's a true professional and was responsive early in the morning and late at night. She supported us through a variety of challenges with the seller and their agent. I appreciated her ability to stay calm and keep us calm as we went through the process (offer, negotiation and closing). Her knowledge of the Greenville area was fantastic & incredibly useful; she referred us to nearly everything you could think of (piano teacher, handyman, fencing company, cleaners, etc)...and constantly kept us up to speed on the progression of the sale, etc. We look forward to working with Carmen when we need a real estate agent in the future.
