Hard working, knowledgeable

Hard working, knowledgeable about many things to work my way through difficult seller. Saved me thousands of dollars with her suggestions and prior construction experience. Things I would have never though of she did and it sure saved me future problems. On sewer, electric and HVAC her advice was right on!
