Carly is extremely knowledgeable about the market - especially with how competitive it is right now - and can offer many tips on how to make your offer stand out. She is extremely reliable - every time we asked her to set up a showing on a house, she had it booked within minutes. She communicates easily through text, phone call, and/or email. She will always work on your behalf - and most importantly, she wants you to find the perfect house. There was no pressure with her to settle for anything less than what we wanted!
