Perfect Job!

Carly could not have done a better job! We were difficult buyers in that we had drama that affected our buying process. We actually had a purchase fall through on a different house with Carly. She was there at every turn making sure that everything was handled from the Real Estate end. We ended up buying an even better house in the end. Carly was responsive, knowledgable, and available to deal with all purchase related issues. Between Carly and Rachel at Rate (loan broker) the process was as smooth as could be. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone purchasing property in Bandon!
