She is always very responsive and is passionate about what she does. Once my offer was accepted she helped me find the right experts to ensure that the property was maintained and safe to move into. She successfully negotiated that the buyer pay some closing costs when issues were found - a noteworthy accomplishment during this seller's market. Even after the house closed she was still willing to provide recommendations and guidance for things such as wildlife control, county utilities, etc. She even reminded me to file for my homestead exemption once the window opened many months after closing.
