Carlos Silva exceeded my expectations with the sale of my home. He was very open about the process, and what it would take to sell. He walked me thru the what my home needed to be market ready, and was spot on with the pricing. This was my home that he he helped me purchase just a couple of years before, and was not expecting to sell yet. I decided to move back to Tennessee, and of course I thought of Carlos, and he helped me all while I was already settling in back in Tennessee. Smooth process!
