Carlos couldn't have been more helpful. He explained every single detail every step of the way. He was supportive, knowledgeable and reassuring when needed. He made appointments for me. Let vendors in who needed to repair anything at all. He held Open Houses every Saturday and Sunday. He was thorough about everything.. I couldn't be happier.
