Carlos helped me twice locating an apartment. He genuinely cares about his customers. He works with you no matter your credit situation! I was able to send him possible properties he checked them out to make sure they were a good for me so I do not waste too much money applying to different places and hitting my credit too many times.

carlos deserves 6 out of 5 stars, hes the best. got me a great apartment, super responsive, fantastic negotiator, electric personality, super nice, all around professional. would recommend to anyone who wants to get a nice place with a total pro.
