He has worked with every form of real estate transaction including traditional residential and commercial sales, multi family apartment buildings, short sales, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, online auction sales, etc. Furthermore, he has represented both sellers and sellers with their primary home residences as well as work successfully work with real estate investors.
In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Palomo's background includes 12 years in the high tech industry primarily at Hewlett Packard where he held various leadership roles including in technical marketing and technical support planning as Project Manager and Program Manager.
Academically, he holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a post graduate degree in Internet Marketing from USF. In addition, he has a broker license from the California Bureau of Real Estate which the highest license available in the real estate industry. In contrast, most real estate professionals only hold a real estate salesperson license and MUST be under the management of a licensed broker like Mr. Palomo. Furthermore, Mr. Palomo also holds the NMLS license which allows him to offer mortgage loans to his clients.
