I recently purchased a home with Carlos' help and knowledge. He came highly recommended by a friend and she was definitely on point when describing him. From our initial meeting, I could see he was compassionate and caring about my needs. I was recently widowed and knew nothing about purchasing a home. As he walked me through all the steps, he always made sure I understood and felt comfortable about moving forward. I began looking for homes and probably visited two dozen different ones, but he was patient as we walked through each one. It took several months to do our closing (my fault...not his), but he was a gentleman from begging to end. One of the attributes that impressed me the most was his knowledge of the market and his resourcefulness.
