I worked with Carlos for about 6 months on the sale of my condominium. During this "short" time, he was able to achieve what my two prior agents had not, in the span of a year prior. I only wish I would've known and contracted with him earlier. Carlos was very engaged and worked with me in a very collaborative fashion. Despite having many clients, he was never passive or complacent about the process of marketing my apartment, or making me feel like a priority, something I had previously experienced. We had two offers before the final one and each time that an offer came (or fell through), he brought his financing and negotiating expertise to the table, and he was not shy to challenge the buyer's agents to achieve the outcome we had both agreed we wanted.
