Not only did CARLOS became our Realtor, he became a friend to our family. He is a very experienced, well known, knowledgeable Realtor in the IE. After interviewing 5 realtors and even committing to one before Carlos, we were upset and discouraged that our home sat for 4 months on the market with very little leads. Carlos did what it took to get our house sold. He got us a very satisfactory price and in a lot shorter time than expected. He is very knowable, with years of experience. Carlos was amazing to work with. We live out of state and were prepared for the challenges of dealing with that, but with Carlos there wasn't anything he couldn't do. He's so well connected and has so much experience any problems that came up he handled with my best intrest in mind . We had an issue two days before closing that had me thinking we weren't going to close on time so I called Carlos totally stressed his answer was " rest easy I've got this". Total pro .
