We had the fortune of meeting Carlos recently when we stumbled upon a property that he was listing. We were just browsing at homes, and happened to fall in love with this particular property, but hadn't yet hired an agent. We instantly felt a connection with Carlos, so we decided to have Carlos represent us in the purchase. Each time we met with Carlos, we felt like we were working with a trusted friend, which greatly helped to ease the stress with buying a home. I imagine that it might have been a bit of a tricky situation for Carlos to represent both the seller & buyer, but he did a great job for both parties. Not only did CARLOS became our Realtor, he became a friend to our family. He is a very experienced, well known, knowledgeable Realtor in the IE. After interviewing 5 realtors and even committing to one before Carlos, we were upset and discouraged that our home sat for 4 months on the market with very little leads. Carlos was amazing to work with. We live out of state and were prepared for the challenges of dealing with that, but with Carlos there wasn't anything he couldn't do. He's so well connected and has so much experience any problems that came up he handled with my best intrest in mind . We had an issue two days before closing that had me thinking we weren't going to close on time so I called Carlos totally stressed his answer was " rest easy I've got this". Total pro .
