Carlos was fantastic, me and my fiance' met him at an open house and i could tell right then after speaking with him for 5 mins he was our realtor. He worked with us day and night from 5am to 10 pm. There was never a time he didnt return a call within the hour and answered all our questions with no hesitation, and kept things moving along as smoothly as possible. With just a couple of phone calls we decided on what we were looking for and he was able to get us a list of homes for sale that we might like. He then went with us to each of them and asked us all of the right questions to get us to think about what we did and didn’t like about each house! In only about a week we found a house that we loved. He then found us that same home but in multiple locations so we had a choice of where we wanted to live. We found the quietest little culdesac that would be perfect for us! From there Carlos kept us up to date as the house was built and really stayed on top of the process to make sure that we didn’t have to wait longer than necessary to close on our new home! Thanks to Carlos the whole process was stress free and a wonderful experience. Should we ever need to move, my first choice will always be to work with Carlos!
