Carlos Escobar has to be the most patient and helpful agent a person could wish for. Handling a very difficult negotiation with skill and empathy, an agreement was finally reached and the house sale completed! We could not recommend this gentleman more highly, he is truly a gem!

Hello! This was our first time buying anything related to real estate. Carlos Escobar was very helpful and patient assisting my father and I purchase the lot. We are very excited to start our huge project! Escobar was very helpful in assisting us with all the paperwork that needed to be done, something that my dad and I had no idea how to do. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone who is a first time buyer!
