Carlos is a wonderful realtor. I need the place is soon as possible and Carlos pulled every resource available to him to locate a place for me and my daughters to call home! Even when he came up on a roadblock he was still able to push through for me! My daughters and myself have been living in a condo now for one month and I love it! In the future if I really needed a realtor Carlos will be the person that I will call!!!

My mom and I worked with Carlos to find a rental unit and we really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Finding a rental unit in this area (MIami) is challenging, but working with Carlos made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.
