Carlos was wonderful to work with to help sell our home ! He always went the extra mile and kept us in the loop of all things as they happened. We had a few unfortunate events happen, like buyers financing falling out at last moment and he always was able to get things turned around promptly. 10/10. He is honest, genuine, and makes sure both party’s get the best side of things.

He made suggestions to help us make the sale

We lucked into finding Carlos Elliot when he was the host of an open house we attended. He was a wealth of knowledge there, and went above and beyond to explain the process to us as first time home buyers. We immediately knew we wanted him to help us find our home. He was very easy to talk to, very flexible on showing us a house, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We found a house quickly and he kept us calm through the initial offer/acceptance and really helped us wrap our heads around it. We had some tricky moments throughout the process after that, and Carlos was right there to explain everything and help us make the best decision. We couldn't have done any of this without Carlos. He really made us feel at ease and confident at each point, and I can never thank him enough! We absolutely LOVE our home, and it's all thanks to Carlos! I really could not recommend him more!
