My roommate and I were desperate for an apartment after both of us were moving out of our parents house. But of course with a market like this, we knew that this was going to be difficult to find with a saturated competitive market. I was referred to Carlos by a client of mine who he found him a home earlier this year. So I said why not go with him. When we met him we were surprise on how young and respectful he was. Very mature. Carlos Listened to our needs detail by detail and gave us many options. Being fluent in English and Spanish helped us out tremendously! Since Miguel only speaks Spanish… We were able to find a new home with our exact needs and moved in within a month.
