Excellent responsiveness, always available. I was looking for a property with a 7.5% rent cap and he immediately presented me with different options. He made sure the properties had no issues in terms, sent an inspector, checked that the current tenant was paying the rent in duly manner, checked the maintenance fee with the association and the state tax. Carlos gets homes sold quickly and for a great price. In the last decade, he has sold two homes and a condominium for my wife and I.
