We are finally in the process of moving into our beautiful new home and I would like to pause and give a positive review of the man that helped make it happen, Carlos Bonilla. The real estate business is full of shady people who are only interested in making a sale at all costs. Carlos, however stands out for his honesty and integrity. He genuinely worked to get us what we wanted regardless of what was best for him. He never tried to sell us anything that did not meet our criteria for price, neighborhood etc. He never tried to push a house that was more profitable to him over something that was more suitable to us. He always returned calls, texts and emails promptly and would immediately look into prospects that I may have spotted on my own. I found Carlos to be knowledgeable in many important aspects of our search such as price trends, taxes and school districts. In addition to Carlos himself, he has built a network of useful contacts that can help in all aspects of the process. First and foremost, his wife and assistant Lalien. She is a kind and personable woman with a talent for decorating. It was always fun to enter a new prospective house and watch as she and my wife Coleen would exchange ideas and create a vision for making any house a perfect home. Carlos also recommended a house inspector, lawyer and mortgage broker, all of which we were very pleased with, but again he never pushed his people on us and only provided recommendations to help us. In conclusion I highly recommend Carlos and will call on him again if I ever need an honest trustworthy real-estate agent.

Carlos helped me and my family buy a home, something I was not sure would ever be possible for me. From the first time we spoke, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me lots of useful info and recommendations.
