I thought i knew it all , i have sold homes and purchased homes before. I found Carlos to be a professional and a great communicator. I wanted the highest price possible and we listed the house. Carlos using his knowledge thought we were a bit on the high price point but i was firmed with my idea. After an open house and more views, we received low offers. Without hesitation Carlos suggested to lower the price and we had another open house and received multiple offers. The house sold and closed within 2 weeks on a cash offer. If i had only listen to Carlos knowledge from the beginning, we would have sold the house on the first open house.
