Carlo Buendia is a true Baltimorean and Bel Air native with 25 years of customer driven service in the Real Estate industry working as a Listing/Buyer’s agent specialist in Harford County and surrounding areas. A graduate of Towson University, where he’s completed his Bachelor’s of Science Degree and double majored in Business Administration w/Marketing Concentration and E-business. One could say Real Estate runs deep within his blood, being a 2nd generation Realtor and becoming licensed at the early age of 19 while maintaining a full College workload helped mold him into the true hard working professional he is today with a “never say die” mindset. Over past 25 years he’s seen the Real Estate market through the good, bad and the ugly but has always been able to advise, guide and help his clients make all the right moves. He believes in treating people the way he’d want to be treated and that’s helped him receive many customer service awards along with being a yearly multi-million producer. Areas of specialty include: Residential (Single-Family, Townhome, Condos), Foreclosures/Short sales (HUD, VA, Bank), Lots (Parcels, Sub dividable), New Construction and Water-Oriented homes Now let’s get into the fun stuff! When he’s not at the office or running around on appointments, you can usually find Carlo attending local community activities with his Family and friends. He loves eating out/trying new restaurants and hot spots especially by the water. Having been an athlete he’s also a die-hard Maryland sports fan and just loves being outdoors. A family man with 20 years of marriage under his belt with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 4 cats one could say Carlo can handle anything thrown his way, LOL and looks forward to helping you find your Dream Home/Life!
