Carli Simons was excellent and extremely efficient and effective. She helped me find the perfect home within two days and when I needed to move on from this home and sell it (within two years), I made $40,000 off my investment! She was able to sell my house within sixty days! I only had one contract on my home and it went all the way through! She was extremely patient with me and I am a very cranky individual. I was dealing with health issues and wasn't very nice to her, yet she was always patient and went above and beyond. She is the most attentive person I have personally met. When you text her, she replies within three minutes! I don't know about you but the realtor I want is one that responds quickly!
