Carley is an amazing realtor to work with. She was initially present for the showing of an intense “fixer-upper” on the sellers behalf. After walking and talking for awhile, we asked her to continue our search as part of my fiancé and I’s team. Over the next 10 months or so she sent us listings, did showings, and reached out to the sellers of at least 120 homes. Through this long journey Carley continued to be hopeful, optimistic, VERY attentive, and thorough with all positive and negative factors of each home. About 7 months into our search, she offered to help get my current home sold and we had it ready for closing in 4-5 weeks.
