Carlton is a terrible agent. I sold my house under his name a little bit a year ago. He wasn't at any open houses. He had other realtors do the open houses. Which meant my house really wasn't even shown with all the extras it had to offer. Not only did he not do the open houses he wasn't even present for my closing. He was on vacation. Which meant he sent an alternate realtor and after the sale I had a issue with a vendor which should have been paid at closing. Carlton mentioned when I signed with him that when I sell the house I would be given a set of Cutco knives. To date I never received my gift or even a phone call celebrating the sale of the house. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS REALATOR.
