Carlene walked us through our first house buying experience. She sat down with us beforehand and went through all the details and expenses we should anticipate - nothing was left uncovered and we therefore had no surprises in the end. We discussed what we wanted in a home and Carlene went to great lengths to find homes that met those details. She was careful to find ideal locations, and did her research so that we could have a good idea of what the area was like. She also keeps up to date on all real estate rules and regulations, and when we looked at each home she could give a good idea of the history based on appearance and other small details that can often be overlooked. When she didn't have an immediate answer, she went and found it within a couple hours. She always dealt professionally and has remained a great resource even now after all has been said and done. We recommend her to anyone who even hints they might need a realtor in the future, and we would certainly use her again if the opportunity presented itself.
