I was in the market well over 6 months and Carleen stay patient with me every step of the way. It was my first time buying a home so of course I was extremely nervous with such a big decision. She answered all my questions and knew what I was looking for and because of that we actually landed a house just before it hit the market. I loved my experience so much I went back to Carleen to sell this beauty of a home due to meeting the love of my life. The process of this couldn’t of gone any better. We had some minor repairs that needed to be done but Carleen even had recommendations for that and went as far as being there when they were done. I can’t recommend her enough!

Carleen was invaluable assisting us with our cross-country home search and move. In the current market frenzy- having a realtor that treats you like a family friend is such a welcome experience. Carleen was available at all hours, through text, email, in person- anything we needed. She found us our perfect home and has been side-by-side with us throughout the process. Although we hope this is our forever home, we will definitely seek Carleen’s assistance again, if the need arises...and will recommend her any time!

Carleen has just been absolutely amazing through this whole process! We started our home buying process with a realtor that genuinely seemed like he just didn’t care. We spent weeks asking him about houses we fell in love with and they would get sold before we heard back from him. Carleen has us looking at a house ONE DAY after we started our process with her. We spent less than a week looking at houses before we found THE ONE. She spent so much time and was so patient with us the WHOLE time. She was willing to meet us at the house any time we asked and was willing to go through meeting our family as they saw the home we wanted to buy. She was so kind and personable and even sat on the floor with me and had heart to heart conversations with me while we waited for the inspector to be done. She has stayed in contact with us daily through the whole process and even answered her phone when we had questions after 9pm. She has become a friend through this whole process! I can’t say enough about Carleen as a realtor! The fact that she made us her priority while SHE was closing on HER own house - you can’t do better than that! We will recommend her over and over again!

Carleen was not only knowledgeable about her line of work, but was also unbelievably kind, making sure we were her top priority. Before my fiancé and I found Carleen we were using a gentleman who wouldn’t give us the time of day if it wasn’t convenient to him, Carleen was a breath of fresh air and some well needed positivity while on this experience. She put us as her priority, even though she was closing on her own new home and moving. Would totally buy with her again and again!!

Carleen was excellent to work with!!! She worked with us for over several months as we got everything ready in our home for sale. When we were ready to sell she handled everything for us. We followed all of her advise on what to do and we had an offer within 2 days of listing!! She eased our minds for everything that we were concerned about. The whole process was so easy while working with her. Her communication was always fast and she used multiple ways of communicating to make sure we were always kept in the loop for everything.
