Nobody will harder than Carla. Excellent at handling any problems that come up in a timely fashion. I had tons of issues that both my buyer and seller created. Would have no problem telling the world about Carla and her real estate and personal skills. On the sell side the buyers made a issue about dishwasher, Carla helped clear that problem. On first buy seller backed out of deal twice, many issues were created but resolved by Carla. Second buy had condition issues which Carla helped get through.
