We chose Carla based on her extensive in-depth knowledge and Real estate marketing experience for the San Diego area, and she did not disappoint! From the moment we contacted her about listing our home, she was on top of things and always kept us in the loop. We found her to be very open, honest and she didn’t give us false expectations so we knew exactly what to expect from the get-go. It was great working with somebody who was very easy to get along with, has a great personality and a sense of humor. But when it came to down to business she definitely represented the seller in the most professional manner possible and always gave us great advice. I can see why Carla is one of the top rated RE agents in her office and why she has been so successful in the RE business all these years. Carla was able to get our house sold the very first weekend we put it on the market and we had no issues going through the escrow process. Carla made the entire selling process very easy for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than her. If we could give her 10 stars we would!

I met Carla around 2012 when I contacted her by phone regarding a rental property I saw online that she was managing. We were living out of state and looking for a vacation property. While the initial rental did not work for us, Carla sent me access to her Caldwell Banker site to keep an eye on future properties. Over the next three years Carla worked with us to see other properties, but none worked for us. In 2015 I found a property online and called Carla. She dropped everything and in 48 hours my husband had flown out to San Diego (from Minnesota) where Carla had set up a showing of the property. We made an offer that day and took possession of our vacation property on August, 2015. Because we wanted to do the financing in our home state things were very challenging for Carla; however, she made it work and was very patient. She always answered her phone and/or returned our calls asap when we needed assistance with the purchase process. We stayed in touch with Carla over the years and in 2021 when we decided to relocate to San Diego permanently we asked Carla to be our agent again to represent us in the sale of our vacation property and also for the purchase of our current home. The process was completed so seamlessly! She recommended a terrific local broker (Manny Chen) and together they made the home sale and purchase process the easiest thing we've ever experienced.
