Good experience in a difficult market

Carla was great to work with even though the market was very difficult to deal with at that time given the higher than average interest rates as well as issues with inventory. The house prices went through a sort of price reset and we had to navigate those difficulties while accepting the fact that the original price determined had to be re evaluated in order to find a willing buyer.
