We had not sold a house in about 30 years and going into this experience, I didn't have the highest opinion of the real estate sales business. Carla Lowe changed my mind. She came highly recommended as an expert in the Ladera Heights area where she has lived and worked for many years. She gave us an accurate market analysis and was able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions as interests began to rise. She explained what improvements were required, but more importantly, what ones were unnecessary to properly market the property. She had two offers within 10 days of listing, both above the listing price. She carefully ushered us through the escrow. She frequently, called, texted and emailed developments. I give her my highest recommendation.
