I first began working with Carla Galicza and Diana Gomez in July 2016, interested in the neighborhood that I knew would be the perfect place for my daughter and me to call home. It had everything we wanted which is beautiful well-kept villas, a pool, great shops close by and most of all felt safe. Once I found “the one” they worked diligently with me and the sellers who was the bank (a total of 5 months) to make it happen. Because it was a short sale, it took longer than a regular sale. Carla Galicza and Diana Gomez spent a lot of time discussing the ins and outs of short sales with me, so I knew it was going to be a long wait. But at the end it all worked out (even thou at times I wanted to give up). They proof to be aggressive yet polite, straightforward and honest. We are forever grateful for everything these ladies (who I now consider my friends) did to make our dream come true. Truly a professional dual.
