She went above and beyond with coordinating the cleaning and repairs needed from items found during the inspection since we were out of town. She even found a family heirloom we accidentally left behind and made sure it was safely returned to us. Couldnt have asked for a smoother process and the communication was outstanding! We came to Anthem at Merrill Ranch a few times and met with Carla. She was willing to give us as much time as we needed. She was very friendly and there was never a feeling of pressure. Carla knows the market and the community well. When we told her the top of our budget, she was able to respect that. A few days after our first visit, we noticed an advertised open house. It was a Sunday and we hadn't made an appointment with her, so we thought we would just go look at it ourselves. When we got to the house, there was no one there. We called Carla and she was willing to meet us on short notice and show us the house. As we looked at homes with Carla, she never pushed her opinion. She let us slowly go through each one and see if it met our needs. She was good at pointing out strengths and a few weaknesses. We came to value her opinion. As snowbirds we did our closing from afar and on line. Even though she has caller ID, she took each one of our calls and answered our questions. It was a very good experience working with Carla.
