When I learned that Carla was a real estate agent, and she does rentals, I told her the area my king and I wanted to live. That night she sent us listings, the next day we viewed a house exactly in the area we'd hoped for, and the day after that we had the house! Carla nailed it! And most importantly she explained the entire process with us and kept us in the loop as things came up. She even had a case of water for us when we moved it.
