Where do I begin? Carla is amazing. I’m moving down from northern Virginia, so I wasn’t able to drive around and look at houses & neighborhoods myself. But Carla knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find me a house that feels like it was built just for me - it’s perfect. Since I’m not local, we did virtual walkthroughs & Carla drove the neighborhoods and gave me her honest opinion (which I greatly appreciate!). She was also able to refer me to other service providers anywhere from lenders & inspectors to insurance, locksmiths, roofers - whatever I needed, Carla had referrals for. If you want an agent who truly has your best interests at heart, Carla’s it! I can’t speak highly enough of her.

She didn’t take much initiative to show us houses. Majority of what we saw is because I sent the house to her asking to see them. Then half the time when we were wanting to put in a lower offer on a home, instead of presenting the offer she would discourage us from making an offer if it was below asking price. The house we bought is because I went to the builder and made the appointment, she did nothing but show up to make sure she got the commission. The impression we had was that she was only interested in making her commission; she was even bragging on the fact the she has two closings in one day.
