This wasn't my first time selling a house, but it was the easiest. We had a few hiccups with our home, but we were prepared because of Carla. Everything was ready and set up by her before we posted our home. The issues we had with our house she had solutions for them, contractors ready, and answers for anything else we needed. Communication is a huge thing in any relationship, we never went long without a response from her. We would call or text and she had answers right away. It helped keep the anxiety down when doing such a big thing in your life. We would recommend her to anyone who asks.
