Carla Clark and Cheryl Pederson are the most outstanding realtors. My wife and I have had many home real estate transactions in over 45 years, between 3 states, and they are absolutely the BEST!!!! Carla Clark and Cheryl Pederson have performed three home sale and purchase transactions for us over the last 11 years - and each one has been incredibly painless and successful! Carla and Cheryl's attention to detail, follow-through, knowledge of all issues, communication and feedback to us, and ongoing status updates are phenomenal. Every time there has been what looks like a snag, their advice and counsel are always right-on-target. This last time we gave them a difficult challenge to navigate as we were on a cruise ship for 32 days in the middle of trying to sell our home, and we were not always readily available for communications. However, Carla and Cheryl continuously kept everything moving well and on-target - to our great relief. The 5-star ratings above do not do them justice. The ratings should be at least 10-stars. My wife and I highly recommend Carla Clark and Cheryl Pederson for the most highly competent and professional real estate service and assistance that anyone could ever hope for.
