Carla Clark helped me sell my townhouse in 2019! She kept in regular contact via text, email and phone calls keeping me up to speed throughout the entire process. Some units in my neighborhood were on the market for over 100+ days. My unit closed in under a month! I truly believe it was HER that made the difference. Carla, Cheryl and their entire team were excellent! It was so nice to have their support during the stressful process of listing and selling our home! Carla communicated promptly and clearly, staged the house, followed up with anyone that toured the house and always kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Carla and her team are amazing. We moved from Issaquah, WA to Southern CA in July '18 and still had not sold our home with our previous realtor. Based on a recommendation from a close friend, I reached out to Carla explaining our situation. She has been an outstanding professional from our first conversation over the phone to the close of our sale with consistent and accurate communication between us, her and her amazing team. She assured us that we would have no problem selling our home, provided us with recommendations based on her analysis of the current market in our area, and got to work quickly! She had our house cleaned, staged, photographed and ready for Open House within a week because she knew our time contraints. All throughout the process, we never had to wonder what was next.
