Carla Brown was recommended to us by our financial advisor when we told him we were going to sell our house. Our situation was a bit complicated by the fact that we would not be in Lexington, KY for the sale and closing. Carla persuaded us that we could sell and close even remotely. We did that with her help. She gave us confidence. She knew the Lexington market and we did not. We had unrealistic expectations. She made explanations that softened reality. When we did have problems, she had answers. She communicated well with my wife even though they never met in person. Carla answered all communications quickly. We were never left wondering. At one point we had a potential buyer, who was very difficult, particularly with our neighbors. Carla handled the situation for us. For the most part, she was available to us 24/7, it seems even when she was in London, England for a week or more. Carla never let us down. My wife and I give her our highest possible recommendation.
