I grabbed a flyer from the for sale sign outside the home and boy am I glad I did. I called Carla and explained to her that I wanted to see the house. I didn't have an agent and she made time on a Saturday afternoon to show me the house. After the showing I knew she was the agent I wanted to work with. That week she called me with three additional listings and answered all of my questions. But everything led me back to the original house that I picked up the flyer from. Carla became a dual agent and although im sure it was tough she was the upmost professional and transparent during the entire process. She has been god sent and I recommend her for any and all real-estate transactions.

She stayed in communication, constantly updating us whenever there was new information and since we were out of town much of the time, took an active role in organizing contractors and getting things done as required for the sale. I especially like how honest she was about good and bad news and planning for all possibilities that can occur. Thankfully everything went very smoothly (largely due to Carla’s hard work) but we felt like we had an experienced guide to help us along the way with any issues that may have popped up. We lived in our house a long time and had never been sellers before so the ability to contact Carla for advice and questions and receive prompt if not immediate responses was greatly appreciated.
