Carla was great to work with, especially as she was so responsive. We were on a tight time line and her actions for us enabled us to make a fast deal despite a few hiccups we created (having three cats and buying into a one pet community). She was realistic but encouraging and managed to get us accepted with all the cats. She worked around our schedule and kept us informed, returning our calls promptly. She has lived in the Plaistow area for many years and has a great deal of information to share. Happy to recommend her.
