Carla is a superb agent! She kept us in constant communication about our purchase and had me check out a couple of mortgage lenders that she does business with to see if they could give us a better rate. Would up going with a lender that she has worked with before and saved a lot of cash. This lender was fast and incredibly competent. Overall, the buying process was fantastic and that is hard to say for buyers with the shortage of homes due to Covid. Now we have a wonderful home that checked all the boxes in our Need and Want lists! We could not have had a more knowledgeable and caring agent/broker than Carla.
