Carl Tacy

We have sold two properties through Carl Tacy and he is absolutely the best!! Both of our properties were investment rental properties. Carl got them both properties ready to sell which included new flooring, paint, carpet, and appliances as well as landscaping. All of the repairs and improvements cost where reasonable and well done. He communicated with us regularly, and I never had to call him because I hadn't heard anything. I told Carl that I wish I had more properties to work with him on because it was such a pleasure to work with him. If you choose him you can't go wrong, he will do a great job.
