Listen, this is my second time around using Carl for the sale of my home And like the title says, he delivers above expectations. Carl is not some realtor who is out there to get his and his only. He looks out for his clients best interest. His communication is flawless. Look people, realtors get busy with there jobs and personal life. So things happen, but Carl always makes sure he’s getting back to you without a doubt. I’m never worried when Carl is helping me with either my home sale or purchase. He will fight for you and not let you get schooled by contractors, inspectors, and your opposing buyer/seller. Take it from me, trust this man and any bit of advice he gives you while trying to complete your purchase and or sale. Of course like any one working for you, he’s gonna do what you want, to make you happy. But will always suggest what he thinks is the best way to get your ultimate goal “respectfully of course” In conclusion, give Carl a shot if you haven’t already.
