Fortunately, his wife, Lynn, is every bit as wonderful. Together this realtor-ing duo brings to the table a type of honest dedication that has restored my faith in humanity on multiple occasions. Carl was positively the most wonderful part of our house-hunting process. Due to township guidelines and work that needed to be redone before we closed, our entire process took no less than 6 months. Carl was consistent and calm throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to get us where we are today and we couldn’t be more grateful. From timely updates to conference calls, he was always clear and concise. He’s also incredibly patient as we are a family of four women who can’t agree on dinner most nights, Carl took our chaos and A-type personalities in an admirable stride. His kindness is only rivaled by his fantastic sense of humor. If you’re looking for a low- stress house buying experience, Carl is your man.
